Have you all caught the Dr. Oz show? It is by far my new TV obsession.
I have often felt that we live in a world where most doctors push prescriptions instead of (((healthy living & natural healing))). I find it so refreshing to have a Doctor (even a TV one—-tee hee) who can show me how to Remix my Health!
Now when I heard Dr. Oz say that the almighty Ch-Ch-Ch- Chia Seed could make me healthier and even slimmer I had to find out more.
Chia actually got its name from the Mayan word for “strength.” Interesting!!!!
